The conference is a platform for youth to exchange information, resources, best practices, and cultural insights, helping them build thriving careers and businesses.
A 16-week program designed for African youth under 35 across Africa and the African Diaspora. TASA equips participants with the skills to secure employment or start and grow their own businesses. The program includes a mentorship component, pairing participants with mentors at the end of the 16 weeks. Key themes include technical training, personal and professional development, communication skills development, financial management and wealth building and leadership development.
